Plan Your Shoppe

We'll discuss open dates and get you confirmed once the contract is signed. Dates are dependent on holidays every calendar year.

The Basics

  • We offer 20% Fundraising Payout. Sign up Early for 25%!
  • You don't have to count inventory. We'll do that for you.
  • Our Register system makes check out easy for volunteers.
  • You'll receive a full marketing material packet 6 weeks prior to your Sales Week. This will help promote your event to students and parents in the weeks leading up the Holiday Shoppe. This includes posters, money envelopes, yard sign, and many online templates for promoting your event.

Your Selling Week

We will deliver all your merchandise and sales materials the Monday of your selling week. We'll schedule and verify the time/location 2 weeks prior to your event.

The Basics

  • The boxes of merchandise will be labeled for ease of setup.
  • A separate box of sales material will include gift bags, gift tags, tissue paper, and markers.
  • You'll receive a pre-programmed register and cash drawer. This also comes with a handheld scanner for quick check out.

Sell At School

Gather all your volunteers and start the shoppe! We are available during school hours to answer any questions you might have. If you run out of merchandise, we can deliver more, if inventory is available.

The Basics

  • Make sure your posters and signs are visible.
  • We encourage you to schedule shoppe time with your teachers, so each grade/class has a dedicated window.
  • Balance your cash drawer daily to ensure all cash is accounted for.
  • Have the kids help package their gifts! They'll know who each item is for.
  • Have fun! Shopping with the children is a fun opportunity, and they enjoy having helpers choose the best gifts within their budget.

Last Day and Pickup!

We will be there Friday when school is out to pick up the register, remaining merchandise, and any left over sales material. We will also review the sale record and "Cash Out" for the event on site.

The Basics

  • We'll coordinate a pick-up time with the lead volunteer.
  • You don't have to count the inventory. We'll simply remove all remaining merchandise and handle at our facility.
  • Sales and Fundraising will be finalized at this time.
  • And that's it! You'll be done and that money can be used to help your students in the classroom.
